Service and operator

Killer Case is a fictional multiplayer murder-mystery and social-deduction entertainment game developed under the public brand Zekto Technologies. The verified legal operator, contact channel and applicable jurisdiction have not yet been approved. This review draft is not a statement of final legal approval. Fictional crimes, characters, weapons and investigations are gameplay elements, not encouragement or instruction for real criminal activity or violence.

Agreement and eligibility

Read the available Terms, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines before registering. Registration records acknowledgment of the applicable available draft; it is not consent to advertising personalization, optional analytics or microphone access. The owner must approve a minimum age, territorial eligibility and any parental-consent requirements before release. Do not represent this draft as permission for children to use the service without appropriate review.

Accounts and security

Use an account you control, provide accurate information necessary for sign-in and protect your credentials. Usernames and game display names identify you to other participants. Do not impersonate others or share access to evade restrictions. Keep your email accessible for verification and account recovery. No player or private-room host may grant global administrator access.

Game rules, rooms and invitations

Follow the current rules and intended private-information boundaries. Private rooms, friendship-based access and invitations are subject to server authorization; a room code is not a guarantee of admission. Do not expose secret information through exploits, manipulate clients, automate unauthorized actions, disrupt matchmaking or bypass account restrictions. Bots may participate under configured game rules.

Communication and conduct

Text chat, explicitly submitted audio messages and optional live voice support room communication. Obtain permission before enabling your microphone. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, disclose others’ private information, spam or submit illegal material. You remain responsible for your own messages; game deception is not permission for real-world abuse.

Moderation and review

Reports are allegations, not automatic proof. Authorized staff assess available incident evidence and may issue proportionate warnings, communication restrictions or temporary suspension, including protective restrictions during serious review. Gameplay abandonment penalties are separate. Where the interface provides it, affected users may request review. Do not coordinate false reports or manufacture evidence.

Digital features and advertising

Current checkout and native advertising integration are not configured for live use. Free access may later be supported by approved ads after applicable grace periods. Intended Remove Ads pricing is ₹100 INR one-time, subject to owner/store approval; no purchase occurs from this draft. Verified ad removal would exclude ordinary configured manual and native ads, not safety, legal or operational notices. Existing purchased Basic/Premium rights are not revoked by this proposal. Premium Voice is separate.

Availability and changes

Multiplayer depends on network connectivity and third-party services. Maintenance, outages and device limitations may interrupt play. Significant policy or paid-feature changes require appropriate notice and review of existing customer rights. Do not assume offline access includes online matches, voice or account services.

Creative content and intellectual property

The service includes original design, fictional scenarios and creative material; some artwork or content may be AI-generated or AI-assisted. General detective-story and social-deduction conventions may inspire the experience. Killer Case is not represented as an official adaptation of or affiliated with another game absent an actual license. Rights apply only to material the operator owns or licenses; third-party rights, open-source licenses and unprotectable content remain unaffected. AI-generated material is not automatically claimed to be copyright protected. Do not copy protected assets without permission.

User content and providers

You retain applicable rights in your submitted content. Processing and limited display of messages to intended participants, and retention of selected reported evidence, are necessary to provide the requested communication and safety features. This is not a blanket license for unrelated commercial reuse. Hosting/authentication, LiveKit and any future store/payment provider have their own applicable terms. Required third-party attribution and asset-license inventory remain an owner review item.

Liability, disputes and contact

Limitations of liability, mandatory consumer rights, governing law, venue and dispute-resolution wording require qualified review for the verified operator and distribution territories. This draft does not waive non-waivable rights or invent a jurisdiction. Verified legal/support contacts and effective date remain pending; no placeholder contact is published.

Updates and version

This is the November 2026 branding/policy review draft. Approved policies must identify their version and effective date, provide notice of material changes and obtain necessary acknowledgment without deleting accounts or blocking ordinary sign-in unnecessarily.
